| Bio: |  Name: Lavender Isabella Brown Age: 19 Occupation: Co-owner of Madam Isabella's Bookstore and Tea Shoppe. Lavender Brown tends to be the typical teenage girl in many ways: she loves to hang out with her best friends as much as possible, she reads gossip magazines (and spreads gossip as well), she giggles over boys and flirts shamelessly sometimes and she can spend hours in front of a mirror primping just to go to class. However, some things that set her apart from the normal teenage girl is that she holds certain interests that most other people don’t believe. Ever since she stepped into Professor Trelawney’s Divination class, Lavender has been enamored with the art. She kept extensive notes on every class and practiced improving herself in her free time. Although it wasn’t always very apparent why Lavender ended up in Gryffindor instead of Hufflepuff, she proved herself to be quite courageous in the way she helped Hagrid round up the blast-ended skrewts and then later when she joined Dumbledore’s Army (after initially being quite skeptical). Along that line, Lavender is very passionate about her friendships and takes pride in her house and tried to know as many of her housemates as possible. She thinks herself quite caring and giving and loves to be silly and carefree. Her dream has always been to go into the Healing profession after Hogwarts, but unfortunately she didn't have the NEWTs to do so. Lavender comes from a pureblood family which is well-off in regard to finances, but they are not rich or powerful by any means. Her parents do the best to provide her with the things she needs and wants, but Lavender has definitely learned the word “no” and doesn’t come off as spoiled as some people may believe her to be (due to the way she can act sometimes; she's quite dramatic at times about silly things).
